Sydney is a sporty tomboy with a girlie-girl center, as demonstrated by her love of anything pink and frilly, preferably adorned with kittens, hearts, butterflies and/or unicorns. Assuming she’s not on her way to soccer practice, of course! As soon as I laid eyes on this Love Rocks yarn from The Sweet Sheep, I knew it would be February’s yarn. In honor of Sydney and St. Valentine, I found a lovely heart-like cable motif to run up the front of the sock and complete the theme. A simple twisted rib back-of-leg gives your eyes, mind and fingers a rest while knitting and helps hug the ankle when worn. They’re the perfect Valentine’s Day gift - for yourself!
